Ingredients
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup whole wheat flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/4 cups Splenda granular
* 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
* 1/3 cup Smart Balance light butter spread, melted
* 2 egg whites
* 2 tablespoons skim milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chunks
Directions
1. Combine sugars, butter, eggs whites, and vanilla til creamy.
2. Combine the flours, soda, and salt and add to butter mixture.
3. Stir just until moistened
4. Stir in chocolate
5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart on baking sheets that have been sprayed with nonstick spray.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
7. Remove cookies to racks to cool.
